Teacher qualification training

Welcome to learn, review, and update your knowledge regarding what teachers are legally permitted—and not permitted—to do, for instance in challenging situations. The training is tailored to the target audience and takes into account the client's preferred areas of focus.

Training content:

- What various laws require and permit teaching staff to do: Using examples, we illustrate how staff should act in different situations in compliance with legal requirements; this ensures a solid foundation for any potential subsequent inquiries and strengthens personal mental resilience—as uncertainty regarding rights and obligations can lead to incorrect actions or a failure to act.

- Personal capabilities and stress reactions: We explore the diversity among employees and their ability to handle challenging situations. We discuss the importance of being kind to oneself. We explain the effects of stress reactions and how to mitigate their impact.

- Sense of community: Highlight the importance of a sense of community and shared practices. Discuss how these can be developed and what should be taken into account.
Dangerous objects in schools: If desired, the trainer can provide a hands-on demonstration of the various types of objects children and young people might carry with them these days. Things are not always what they seem. Seeing and handling these objects can make it much easier to understand how to deal with them.
