The content of the training includes, among other things:

What pedagogical safety means:
What a teacher is permitted—and not permitted—to do under the Basic Education Act, for example in challenging situations involving students.
The training includes plenty of examples, videos, and information.

How can safety be fostered through various means in early childhood education and care, pre-primary education, and basic education? What role do factors such as the learning environment and operational culture play in safety, and how can they influence the prevention and management of threatening and dangerous behavior?

The concept of protection based on necessary defense:
What it means and when it can be applied in practical situations.
In addition, instructions on how to apply it safely.

- An easy way to bring the work community’s knowledge and skills up to the same level without in-service training days or the like. - The course can be completed in a single session in under 45 minutes.

You can complete the online training at your own convenience. You can take it on a computer or a mobile device, for example. Depending on the agreement, it is available to the customer for a specific period, during which the training must be completed.
